Our custom Driven Racing 520 Chain and Sprocket Kit can be dialed in to meet your specific performance needs. Installing a 520 Chain Kit on your bike will reduce the weight as compared to the stock drive components, remember this is rotating mass so any weight savings is significant. We offer your choice of Driven 520 Colored Aluminum or Driven 520 Steel Rear Sprocket (steel is a little heavier than the aluminum but will last longer) paired with a Driven 520 Steel Front Sprocket in several sizes so you can select the gearing that will suit your riding style (if you need help choosing please contact us). Once you have chosen the sprockets you can pick the best chain for your application from the RK MAX-X 520 Chain (recommended for this kit), RK MAX-Z 520 Chain (upgraded tensile strength) or the DID ERV7 520 Racing Chain (used in Moto America, MotoGP and WSBK, great racing chian). All of the chains in this kit are 120 links. Every part offered in these kits is of the highest quality, watch the videos and you will see these are the very same parts we use on our bikes.

Please see the stock gearing chart below to assist you in choosing your chain kit. For most 600cc bikes we suggest 1 down in the front and 2 up in the rear. For most 1000cc bikes we suggest 2 up in the rear with a stock front. This may not be correct for your intended application. If you need assistance with choosing the sprocket combo please contact us prior to purchase. The information in the chart was posted for reference only.
